Our Physicians

Dr. Velazquez has a background in Psychology and Neuroscience as well as being a Family Medicine Physician, he has been practicing medicine for over 13 years. He has helped thousands of patients with mental health challenges of the years. His goal is to provide exceptional and convenient mental health care.

He earned his BS in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in 2004, and became a doctor in 2011 graduating from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Velazquez works with Adolescents and Adults struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Trauma. He is fluent in Spanish and has a heart to help those struggling with their mental health to feel better about themselves and begin to live a more fulfilling life.
